Should TotalVPN still not work, please generate TotalVPN log files. See below for guidance:
On yourWindows Taskbar, click on the upward arrow. This will open the System Tray.
In the System Tray, right-click the TotalVPN icon.
Click on Generate Log Files.
The log files will be found on your desktop. Attach these to an email for Tech Support and they will review it's contents.

Hold the Option / Alt Key and click on the TotalVPN Menu Bar icon.
Click Generate Troubleshooting Data.
Your Log files will be saved to your desktop. Attach these to an email for Tech Support and they will review it's contents.

Tap on the TotalVPN icon to open the application.
Tap of the Cog icon to open Settings.
Tap on Generate Log Files.
Tap on Generate Logs.
Save the log files in Downloads or an area of your choosing.
You have successfully save your log files! You can now attach these to an email for Tech Support and they will review it's contents.
